While there he saw one of his superiors, Zagon, use the war to help him set up a drug smuggling ring. Now, years later, working as a Chicago detective, he starts to close in on Zagon. Zagon is well connected, and this causes Nico his job. Now all bets are off, as Nico will stop at nothing to track the drug smugglers down.
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang: A kids lyrical in regards to a flying automobile is one ludicrous journey, with entirely forgettable score and some of the shoddiest visual effects ever.
