It wasn't that long ago that a trip to the corner video shop was the most convenient way to get a movie. Instead of buying or renting the dvd, people now can choose a movie download instead. Following is a list of a few movies that you can get using a movie download site.

Prime Cut: Here is a fast moving tongue-in-cheek waste that fans of sleazy offense melodramas should love. This is Spacek's first film. Cast includes Cast includes Lee Marvin, Gene Hackman, Life saver Tompkins, Gregory Walcott, Sissy Spacek, and Janit Baldwin. (86 minutes, 1972)

Mystic River: Friends since their youth Dave, Jimmy, and Sean have a secret they kept. Dave was kidnapped and sexually assaulted for days. Now in their adult live Jimmies 19 year old daughter has been murdered. Lots of evidence points toward Dave as the killer. Is Dave the killer?

Sky jacked Sky West: This film takes an interesting look at a sub culture in Austin Texas. Like the beatniks of the 1950s and hippies of the 1960s these people have created their own subculture. They're loaded with opinions and notions, none of which they appear ready to act on. Shot in a free form fashion, and characterizing a big cast of nonprofessional entertainers. That's author-director Linklater as the youthful guy in the taxi. Cast includes Richard Linklater. (97 minutes, 1991)

Hold Back the Dawn: First-rate soap of gigolo Boyer wedding to help spinsterish Olivia to get into U.S. That's Leisen in the Hollywood soundstage pattern, prompting Veronica Pond and Brian Donlevy in I Wanted Wings. Catch this one. Cast includes Charles Boyer, Olivia de Havilland, Pauleue Goddard, Champ Francen, Walter Abel, and Rosemary DeCamp. (115 minutes, 1941)

Say Amen Somebody: An amazing documentary in regards to gospel music and 2 of its beaming megastars, "Momma" Willie Mae Ford Smith and "Professor" Thomas Dorsey that brings us into their lives in addition to their careers and illustrates the flow of music sung from the heart. Cast includes Willie Mae Ford Smith, Thomas A. Dorsey, Sallie Martin, The Barrett Siblings, and The O'Neal Brothers. (100 minutes, 1982)

The Light That Failed: This is a fine presentation of a Kipling melodrama of London actor Colman going blind.Cast includes Ronald Colman, Walter Huston, Ida Lupino, Dudley Digges, Muriel Angelus, Fay Helm, and Francis McDonald. (97 minutes, 1939)

China Moon: Small town cop Harris lusts after miserably wedded Stowe in this moody film noir. A few nice twists, although production is more than a tad comparable to the better Body Heat. This is a directorial debut for Bailey, better known as a top cinematographer. Cast includes Madeline Stowe, Charles Dance, Benicio Del Taro, Pruitt Taylor Vince, Roger Aaron Brown, and Patricia Healy. (99 minutes, 1994)

Shaft: This is a remake of the 1971 film. Trying to clean up the streets in New York City is no easy task. In trying to do so black detective John Shaft (Samuel L. Jackson) is piling up enemies right and left. With only Carmen and Rasaan on his side he battles, drug lords, murderers, and corrupt cops, all out to get him.

Man On The Moon: Man On The Moon is a recount of the turbulent and short life of comedian Andy Kaufman, who died in 1984, at the age of 35. His controversial style of humor was often troubling to many people. He gained huge notoriety for his role as Latka in the TV comedy series Taxi. Jim Carrey is simply brilliant in reduplicating Andy and his characters.
