Danny Boy: An ambitious although arrogant, unrelentingly dull melodrama of sax player Rea, who trades his sax for a gun after observing a triple killing. This was Jordan's directorial debut, which he additionally did the screenplay. He and leading guy Rea later reteamed for The Weeping Game. (92 minutes,'82)

The Red Badge of Courage: Yankee cadet Murphy escapes under fire and is guilt afflicted over his obvious absence of guts. Stephen Crane's Civil War novel acquires a personal touch from director Huston. High quality battle scenes and some genuinely terrifying cavalry charges highlight this research of the fine line between cowardice and courage. Slaughter's Big Rip-off: A murderer is still playing games with the Mob in this dull action film. McMahon gives more effort to his role as the mob boss than it merits. Lost Horizon: First half hour duplicates'37 film scene for scene, and everything's going well. Then we get to Shangri-La and everything goes bad. Fantomas against Scotland Yard: A sarcastic cliffhanger-type venture story, with Marais as wonderful felon involved in sports orientated adventures. Cast includes Jean Marais, Louis De Funes, Mylene Demongeot, and Henri Serre. (104 minutes,'66)
